9 Simple Steps for Trimming Your Balls
Aug 19, 2022
If you’re reading this article, you’re probably already shaving your balls – or at least seriously considering it. And that means that you know that ‘manscaping’ is in demand. Kudos, mate! You know what more and more people expect and that sporting a jungle between your legs is not exactly a turn on! Besides, pubic hair can also serve as a breeding ground for germs and various microscopic bugs. Yuck!
Now that you’ve decided WHAT you want to do, we need to talk about HOW best to do it. After all, you won’t want to just ‘go at it’ with trimmers and razors without some knowledge. You need to know what tools to use on your tool and how to use them. But not to worry, it’s not at all complicated. After you follow our step-by-step guide here, you’ll be able to take your balls trimmer in hand, confident in the knowledge that your balls will soon be smooth, clean and safe.
Step 1) CHARGE YOUR TRIMMER
That’s not hard to understand, is it? Have someplace where you can conveniently charge your trimmer. A fully charged trimmer will operate all day.
Step 2) SNAP ON THE SafeSack GUARD
SafeSack is designed to allow a close trim while protecting that sensitive skin from nicks, cuts and razor burns. Just push it onto the trimmer until you hear that satisfying ‘click’. There, that wasn’t so hard. If you want a really close shave, you can shave without it – but proceed with care!
Step 3) PICK SOMEPLACE PRIVATE
This should be pretty obvious, but we’ve heard of customers who apparently thought that they could impress people with their deft hand at shaving. We really don’t recommend this. And beware, the sound of your trimmer may attract curious people. Make sure they can’t get a peek.
Step 4) CHOOSE A LOCATION AND POSITION
As far as location goes, you can ‘do it’ just about anywhere: in the shower, bathtub or even the kitchen – anywhere you don’t mind getting a bit wet or leaving shorn hairs. Just remember, water and perhaps shaving cream will be involved.
Then choose a position – seated or standing – that allows a clear view of your ‘work area’. Just be sure to clean up, especially if roommates – or ‘special guests’ will be visiting the venue.
Step 5) A SMOOTH WORK SURFACE
It will be difficult to get a good trim or shave if your balls are cold and wrinkly, so first get that area warm and moist. This will take out the wrinkles (just like steaming will do to your shirts!). We’ve even got a specially formulated BALLS Wash to make it easy for you. A thin layer is all you’ll need to keep your balls safe, healthy and happy.
Step 6) SHAVE DOWN THE SHAFT
Start at the top and proceed downwards – away from your valuable and sensitive head (we don’t want anything to happen to it!). Then continue with your ball sacks. Take it easy – there’s no hurry.
Step 7) CLEAN AND DEODORISE
After you’re done trimming you should really make sure your whole pubic area is clean and nicely lubricated. So, no matter what products you use – ours or your own – you need to thoroughly wash up. Then, if you’re really serious about grooming, you can apply a deodorant lotion for supple and pleasant-smelling balls. Our lotion deodorant is specifically formulated for men’s sensitive pubic skin.
After all, the last thing you want are itchy, evil-smelling balls.
Step 8) PAT DRY AND BE PROUD
Excess water may cause chafing and promote bacteria, so get those balls dry. Pat them dry with a soft towel to avoid irritating that delicate skin. You can even air them outdoors if you have privacy, or you can go with a portable hair dryer – just don’t blast your balls up close with hot air; you don’t want to dry out the skin.
Now look in the mirror and admire your clean, fresh balls!
Step 9) MAINTAIN YOUR TRIMMER
Set up a regular schedule for replacing the blades. We recommend once every 3 months. This will ensure that those blades don’t get dull and damage your skin. This is pretty important, so get in the habit. We offer subscriptions for bald replacement that will help you maintain a schedule.
We wish you all the best!
